A place to call home - 2 double rooms in Highbury!

We have two double rooms available in our lovely flat in Highbury. The rooms are available from 29 June and we will be signing a new contract on 23 July so can be flexible on move in dates up until then.

The house is super comfy and cozy, with a spacious living room, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We usually have a weekly cleaner which keeps the flat looking nice.

You’ll be living with Emma, Adrienne and Myra. Emma works in PR, Adrienne works for the NHS and Myra is an engineer. It’s a very friendly, relaxed easygoing flat and we often catch up over dinner or a glass of wine in the evening!

We’re looking for someone clean and tidy, friendly and relaxed who treats the flat like a home.

The rooms:

Room 1 is £756 a month. It’s fully furnished and spacious with a double bed, fireplace, large wardrobe and plenty of storage.

Room 2 is £721 a month with a double bed, large wardrobe and shelving unit and desk. It’s smaller than room 1 but there is a cupboard across the hall for extra storage.

There is internal bike storage and space to accommodate working from home.

The flat is let through a private landlord who is very efficient and responsive to any maintenance issues.

Transport:

- Arsenal station is a 5 - 7 minute walk away
- Finsbury Park and Highbury and Islington are a 10 - 15 minute walk away
- Lots of bus routes into central London a 2 minute walk away

The flat is located a stones throw away from restaurants, cafes and pubs with Highbury, Finsbury Park and Stoke Newington all within walking distance and Clissold Park a 10 minute walk away.

There deposit is five weeks’ rent.

We’ll be doing telephone/video interviews in the first instance and can then arrange face to face viewings from there.
