Large, bright and quiet double room approx 11x14ft (3.5x4.5m). Fully furnished including dressing table and work desk if required. There is secondary glazing and the flat is in good condition.

There is a cleaner for the common areas. The room is next to the kitchen and bathroom and separated by a long corridor from the rest of the flat so it is quite self contained.

Its a quiet easy going flat. I rent the bedroom to have the flexibility to do long meditation retreats while working part time in law. I am vegan but don't have a problem sharing with omnivores. One loving cat also resident. There's a communal garden behind and a park opposite.

I'm happy to provide references from previous tenants.

Opposite is Highbury Fields park with cafe, tennis courts and swimming pool and gym. Walk 5 minutes to local shops and restaurants, 10 mins to Highbury & Islington Station. Bus stop opposite (19, 4, 236, 263). Restaurants and nightlife of Upper Street nearby.
