Double Room in Newington Green, True Home

Our housemates, Rita and Marta, a couple, have decided to take the plunge and move into their own place so we've got two open rooms - this double room (this one and one larger en-suite that will be in anther ad and 1350). Ideal Feb 1st or latest Feb 15th but flexible (earlier or later) move in for right person. Chill, progressive person preferred.

The House / Room / Neighborhood:
Double bedroom fitted with a double bed, wardrobe, set of drawers, and a large window facing a garden and leafy street. The room gets the sunlight and air, super quiet.

Amazingly naturally lit, house on a quiet street, with 2 bathrooms, 2 reception rooms - one with working fireplace, sofas and TV, one used as a dining sitting area. fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washer, and dryer), and large beautiful garden. House has plenty of space for privacy, reading, writing, and storage. We have wine storage, BBQ for summer, a raclette machine for Winter cheese nights, and plenty of space in the basement as well.

Newington Green is within a walk of center Islington, Dalston, Hackney. Clissold Park/Stoke Newington is 5 min walk, Highbury & Islington tube (12), Canonbury overground (5 min), buses to everywhere (2 min). You have all the food options within a walk from Upper street (20 min walk) to Stoke Church Street (10 min) to Newington Green (5 min) to Hackney (25).

House Mates:
- Giulia, Italian works in an Art Foundation hosting exhibitions, thinking of a Ph. D. in arts, plays volleyball, likes film, and convos over wine with friends.
- Amiel, works in the arts.

We do what we consider normal things like exploring food, art, fitness, fashion, wine, and travel and love a good debate on ideas. Open to all types of professions and thinkers, quite an inclusive household and friendly to all peoples.
