Double Room Available in Friendly Flatshare

We have a lovely room available in a friendly flatshare with 2 other people.

The flat is in a fantastic location, on a quiet residential street, overlooking beautiful Clissold Park. It’s only a 10 minute walk from Arsenal tube station and 10/12 mins from Finsbury Park station. Blackstock Road is just around the corner with shops, pubs and restaurants. Stoke Newington and Woodbury Wetlands are also close by.

The room is available no and we are looking for someone to move in no later than 15th August. The rent is £674 a month with all additional bills coming to an additional £103 a month. The deposit is £783 (protected by the Deposit Protection Service).

The available bedroom is a bright, spacious double room. It is furnished with a double bed and built-in wardrobe and optional chest of drawers. The flat has a spacious and comfortable living room where we like to gather to watch movies, a separate kitchen, shared bathroom and a balcony that gets the sun for the majority of the day and into the early hours of the evening..

You will be sharing with 2 housemates, 1 girl and 1 guy. Both 28 and working professionals. As housemates we are relaxed and very considerate of each other. We enjoy socialising with each other in the living room, enjoy having dinner together or going to the pub, cinema, gigs etc. but are often out doing our own thing as well. We are looking for someone similar to join us, ideally a professional aged 25 -32.
