I live in a 4 rooms flat, arranged as two bedrooms and two living rooms, and I would like to rent half, what is a bedroom (260x290) and a living room (460x300). We will share the bathroom and kitchen, but the living room is all yours (I have my own). Moreover your living room gives access to a balcony and it is all yours too.

The house is very nice, have wooden floors and modern kitchen. Washing machine and dishwasher. And it is warm in the winter. Please notice that the pictures are outdated and the decoration has changed. I will update them eventually, but it is better if you stop by and see it for yourself.

It is in Hackney and right next to Clissold Park. About 15 min walking from Manor House station, Finsbury Park Station or Arsenal station.

All bills included. High speed internet.

The rent is £1000 per calendar month. The deposit is one month rent, refundable at the end of the tenancy.

Important note: You MUST like dogs. I have a well behaved German Shepherd. He never barks and doesn't cause any trouble. He is calm, quiet and respectful with people.

About me: I am Spanish, 47 years old, I work as a dog walker and trainer. At home I am usually laid back, I don't throw parties any more but I rather prefer a cozy night of pizza and Netflix.
