Bright double bedroom in Newington Green Gem

Hello house-hunters,

After 5 amazing years in this lovely house I decided to move on to a new adventure and we are looking for someone to join the household and take up my bright spacious double bedroom.

We are looking for someone adult and responsible, ideally a professional that is keen to treat the house as a home and is sociable but also has their things going on. No couples, sorry!

The Room/House/Hood:

Large double bedroom fitted with double bed with storage space underneath, a wardrobe and plenty of shelves and drawers, and large window to light to let in light. Space for desk, currently by the window.

Victorian house on a quiet street, with 2 reception rooms - one with a working fireplace, one used as a dining sitting area, fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washer and dryer), and large beautiful garden. House has plenty of space for privacy, reading, writing and storage. We have wine storage, bbq for summer and plenty of space in basement as well.

Newington Green is within a walk of centre Islington, Dalston, Hackney. Clissold Park/Stoke Newington is 5 min walk, Highbury&Islington tube (12 min) , Canonbury overground (7 min), buses to everywhere (2 min). You have all the food options within a walk from Upper street (20 min walk) to Stoke Church Street (10 min) to Newington Green (5 min) to Hackney (25).

Amiel – works in the arts.
Declan – in the wine industry.
Sofia – in renewable energy.

We do the normal things like exploring food, art, wine, and travel. We love a good debate on ideas, politics, culture, art, and trashy gossip. Open to all types of profession and thinkers, quite an inclusive household and friendly to all peoples. We're an easy bunch, enjoy meals with each other but have our own busy lives. We met as we got this house and have made it a home and have killer neighbours.
