Lovely Houseshare Near Highbury Fields

We are 4 professional girls (2 Brits, an Aussie and a Kiwi) looking for a new housemate to join us in our lovely house! We all get on fantastically so it's important for us to have someone who wants to be a part of our home as opposed to just renting a room. We often do things together (usually involving consumption of lots of cheese and wine) so would love to have someone who would like to get involved.

It's a 5 bedroom Victorian town house 2 mins walk from Arsenal tube (Piccadilly line) and Drayton Park (Great Northern trainline to Moorgate) and just a 15 minute walk to Highbury & Islington (London Overground/Victoria line).

We are a short walk from Highbury Fields, which is a perfect place for a picnic/BBQ in the summer. The house is also within a 1 mile radius of plenty of great drinking establishments, restaurants, supermarkets & gyms.

The house is a great size for 5 (we have 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets!), plenty of communal space and a small garden. The room is situated on the 3rd floor: double bed with a wardrobe, drawers, storage unit and a desk and chair for working from home. Large window makes the room nice and airy.

I’ve now moved in with my boyfriend so the room is available immediately, but can be flexible with dates. Rent is £650 per month and bills are £105 a month which includes all utility bills, Virgin broadband and TiVo (including Friends!) and fortnightly cleaner.
