The house is very close to the station and offers easy access to city (7 mins to Moorgate) and to the West End. Restaurants and supermarkets are within a 5 minute walk from house. Sheets and towels are included. There is a cleaner once a week. Previous tenants, who both left because of the pandemic after 8.5 and 2 years, would give references. House owned and lived in by busy retiree. Would suit considerate, tidy professional.
