Affordable room in great location

Hi looking for a new tenant for my room!

The room has a high ceiling and lots of light from the big windows. There is good storage, including 2 deep cupboards, bookshelf and a clothes draw. The bed is a single but you could fit a double in if you prefer. It is nice and quiet if you need to work from home

There are 2 bathrooms, one has just been renovated, as well as a shared kitchen. The housemates are all really friendly with a mixture of professions and nationalities, so its a nice mix of people. There is also a property manager who lives downstairs and she is very helpful

The location is close to Finsbury Park station, Highbury Islington and Arsenal station, as well being a walkable distance to Clissold Park, Stoke Newington, Holloway Road etc

I will be available to do viewings mainly in evenings from 5pm, look forward to hearing from you
