Victorian character 1-bed quiet flat

Hi,

We are renting out our 1 bed flat.
The flat is available from 1st September.

This flat comes with everything you will need from day 1. It comes with towels, bed linen, duvets and anything you’d expect. Subscriptions such as Netflix, prime Spotify a tv and an Apple TV are also included. You would expect to walk in to a place that has everything.
It’s in a quiet Victorian house at an excellent neighborhood in Islington.

Transportation:

The flat is located in zone 2 and it’s 5’ walking distance from the Canonbury overground station, 2’ from the Clissold park and 20’ to the Highbury & Islington underground station. There are 2 buses that will get you within minutes to the City, Old Street, Angel, Highbury & Islington, London bridge etc.

The area:

The area is excellent with many pubs and restaurants around. There are two local mini markets and a Tesco, all within a proximity of 10’ walking distance.
You will be 2’ from Clissold Park, 8’ walking to the closest overground station (Cannonbury), 15’ from the Highbury & Islington Victoria line underground and 15’ from Hackney and Dalston where you will find more bars, pubs and super markets.

Within 30’ you can get everywhere in central London whilst you enjoy the quiet local life of Islington and Stoke Newington.

The flat:
The flat is at the first floor of a Victorian building and you will enjoy high ceilings.

The bedroom is descent size with a very large wardrobe and plenty of storage under the bed and chests of drawers.

The living room is also descent size and it consists of a small dining table, a corner sofa, bookshelves, tv with Apple TV, prime Amazon, Spotify, Netflix and other apps included. You can use this room for working office. There’s a good monitor, a printer and ultra fast wifi that will help you if you have to work from home.

The kitchen is separate and it’s fully equipped with a washing machine, an oven unit, coffee machine a small table, microwave, toaster etc.

The bathroom consists of a large bathtub and more storage units.

The neighbours:

They are all excellent and friendly people. The flat is located in an area where it feels more like a small neighborhood rather than a big city busy area.

Things to consider:
There’s no lift in the building so you need to take this into consideration.
The flat might not be the newest you can get but it’s got all the charm of a Victorian building.
