Lovely 2 Bed In Highbury

Hi — My current flatmate is moving south and I need to find someone lovely to replace them — so if you are interested please tell me a little about you.

About the apartment:
It’s a two bedroom apartment located on the top floor of a town house in London, situated on a lovely leafy road with a great landlord. It’s furnished with the usual, sofa, arm chair, cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine and in your room there is a bed and built in wardrobes — At the moment all bills are about £190 a month with a one off yearly payment for the TV license in January and the council tax band for the property is D.

About you and me:
I would like to live with someone who’s nice, clean and tidy, somebody who doesn’t mind friendly chats in the living room or watching stuff on the TV when we’re both free. I’m a freelance graphic designer and work between home and studios. I like to eat healthy, in bed at 10pm, enjoy movies and having plants around the apartment.

About the area:
Around the corner we’ve got a lovely fruit and veg shop, a five minute walk up you’ll find a great little health food shop, across the road from that you’ll find an Italian delicatessen and a tiny bit further up there’s fishmongers and butchers. If you want a cool little place to eat there’s Top Curvee which has its own wine shop as well as a few other great bars, restaurants and a number of coffee shops close by. There’s also 3 book stores within a 10 minute walk. Then there’s Stoke Newington Church Street where every other shop is either a pantry, coffee shop, home goods or florist. There is also a number of nature spaces with Clissold Park, Highbury Fields, The East and West Reservoir and Gillespie Park all within walking distance. This is not including everything on offer down in Angel.
