The flat is managed by a private landlord, it's 2 min walk from drayton park station, 5-6 min from arsenal station and 10-12 minutes from highbury and islington.

The room is the smaller of the two on the floorplan ( I am paying £50 more per month as my room is a bit bigger) and comes with a bed frame, blinds, a bedside table, a rug and a wardrobe.

Rent is payable every 9th of the month and the tenancy is until thr 8th of November 2025. Move in date is flexible

You would be living with me, I've been in the flat for 4.5 years now. I am gay, originally from Athens and been living in London for many years and work in creative marketing. I love cooking, indie music venues, pubs and anything art and design related. I'm pretty easygoing and social but also enjoy my private time and space.

Looking for someone who is not fully working from home, is relaxed and appreciates a chilled homely vibe and sharing a glass/meal here and there.
