Looking to rent out my room while I'm working abroad for the next year or more.

It's a bright and airy Victorian property. Large open plan kitchen and living room space with high ceilings. The room also has lots of light and a neutral colour palette. Lots of storage both under the bed and a rattan drawer cabinet along with a full wall built in wardrobe with both hanging space and shelving. There is a king size bed and a modern ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and storage cabinet. We have access to a small shared garden at the back as well, which is shared with our lovely downstairs neighbour.

It's moments away from Highbury Fields and a 10 min walk to both Holloway Road Station and Highbury & Islington Station, less than 5 min walk to Drayton Park staton too so very well connected.

We are ideally looking for a professional female who loves a zen home environment and will appreciate and maintain a clean home :) Have worked on ensuring there is a good calming vibe in the house in terms of the interiors so hoping to have someone who thinks of the flat as a sanctuary. It truly feels like a home with a feminine/minimalist aesthetic.

All bills are included (electricity, gas, water, wifi, council tax)
