🏡✨ The flat has a large living room/kitchen with french open doors looking out onto a lovely garden perfect for bbq's in the summer. The flat comes furnished with lots of plants and cosy lighting. Brilliant walk in shower. Also has a small basement area for storage.

🚶 Prime Location: 4 min walk from Drayton Park Overground, 7 min walk from Holloway Road (Piccadilly) and 8 min walk to Highbury and Islington ( Victoria). Also very close cycle ride to Stoke Newington and Hackney etc. Love going to Hampstead Heath on the weekends as well.

🌳 4 minute walk from Highbury Field The flat is based in a fantastic location with just about everything on the doorstep. There are loads of pubs, bars, cafes, restaurants and parks within a 5-minute walk. Tesco and Little Waitrose all within 5 minute walk.

Housemate

I am an actor from London. I am often out and about but enjoy sunday nights in and occasionally having friends round for Dinners. I often work from home in the day doing self tape auditions and my other part time job. A big movie fan and like going to the pub on thursday nights to see pals. I do go to stay at my boyfriend’s house who lives nearby a couple times a week- so would want someone who is happy to be independent.

The Ideal Housemate:

A professional/ creative who is looking for a lovely home. Someone who is independent but also keen to go to the pub together occasionally. I'd like someone who is clean but also not too uptight. :). I'd say I am a very relaxed and easy going housemate and just looking for someone to love this beautiful flat as much as I do.

Bills:

Bills all included, apart from internet (around a tenner each). We can start off with a two month trial to check it works for both of us. Contract very flexible as long as enough notice.
