We have a LARGE DOUBLE ROOM, available now in our 3 bedroom house.

It's at the 1st floor and it's furnished. The street is extremely quiet and safe and there is one room per floor so there’s complete privacy.

Location is ideal: 30 secs away from lovely Highbury Fields park and a 7min walk from Highbury & Islington tube, with great transport links.

Looking for a FULL TIME professional (ladies ONLY please), between 27 and 37, who is respectful, communicative and keen to maintain the quiet, good vibe of our home- where we charge our batteries, meditate, relax and have personal time. If this sounds like you, drop us a message.

There is no living room but we don't mind that, as the rooms are very spacious and we prefer to party outside of the house- the area is full of great restaurants, pubs, cafes (Highbury, Upper Street, Angel)
You would be sharing the bathroom with one person only.

At only £578 /month (+ bills £80/month max) it's a real bargain for this area. ONE YEAR minimum contract, preference will be given to smn who's looking for a long term home.
