Lovely room right next to Highbury&Islington

Hi all,

We’ve just had a change of plans and our newest flatmate is moving on the 10th August!

The flat is in a lovely Victorian building about a 20 second walk from the station. The area is amazing; Highbury fields is only a few mins walk away and we’re connected to Upper street which is filled with nice restaurants and pubs. We also have a great relationship with our neighbours in the flat complex - which is a rare find in ye ole London Town!


A bit about the room:
It’s a smaller room that is on the end of the house away from the main road so noise levels are minimised. As it is a cosier fit, unfortunately it wouldn’t be ideal for those wanting to wfh (and aren’t willing to do so outside the flat) or wanting to store a bike.

A bit about us:
We’re 1 girl, 2 guys and 1 NB, from Sri Lanka/Australia, Poland/England and Colombia. A versatile flat with a nurse, a school teacher, a phd chemist and a logistics manager. We all get along great. We have the occasional shared food and drinks night or go to the pub, but we also all have our own things going on.

We’re looking for someone tidy and considerate who loves to socialise on occasion but, like us, has their own thing going on too.
