We're looking for a third housemate to take over my contract until 1st
September this year, with an option to extend/ sign a new contract afterwards. You’ll be sharing with 2 females in their 30s, there is also Muk, a 15 yo cat - very fluffy, extremely gentle and kind and friendly.

We are looking for someone (female preferred), tidy and respectful of the house and personal space, and easy going.
There may be gatherings/meals in the garden sometimes but it will be a quiet house most of the time. We want ideally someone who doesn’t WfH full time. If you are happy to help with gardening from time to time that would be grand! We also want someone who will get along with the cat. No couples, sorry!

The room is a good size for a single or a double bed, it get's a lot of light in the morning/mid-day (east facing), and comes unfurnished. Option of a single bed, ikea clothes rail+hanger and a chest of drawers for a small fee (£75). It was originally part of the living room, with closed doors - hence the reasonable price in this area!

The house: a 3 bedroom flat on lower-ground level in a Victorian house with access to a massive garden shared just with 2 neighbours from the flat above (but hardly there). There is a small living room and a bathroom.
There is no dishwasher but we have a tumble dryer!
