Hi, I'm offering a single room in a 2BHK apartment in Highbury on Holloway road.

Highbury station is only a 7min walk where you'll have the National rail, Victoria and Overground lines. On the opposite side you have Holloway road station for the Piccadilly line. Transport is 10/10 and always a way to get home after a late nighter.

I've lived here 2 yrs and will say the place is amazing. It feels homely and have no complaints about the landlord, apartment, neighbours or services. There are cute little restaurants everywhere with good shopping stores (local and supermarket), gyms and bars. I'm looking a friendly professional who's clean, respectful and cares about the place they live as I'm much like that. My current flatmate is heading back to USA and I'm looking for someone to take this up mid June.

Rent is £900 and bills normally add £130 to it and is slightly higher over the winter. The place is very decent for the location and amenities. If you'd like a viewing just replay back to this advert and we'll organise something.
