Very Large Double Room on Highbury Fields

Looking for someone to take my very large king size double room for one month as I’m moving into my own place. The flat is spacious and the location is incredible, right on Highbury Fields, being a 5 minute walk from Highbury & Islington station, 10 minutes from Holloway Road and a bus stop going into central right outside the front door.

Two roommates Ollie & Connor are both professionals who would like a balance between socialising and doing their own thing.

As it will just be for a month at the end of the tenancy, I will take a rent payment upfront and you do not then need to worry about bills during the month, or final bills/cleaning at the end of the tenancy.

The landlords will be renovating the flat at the end of the tenancy so there is no option to extend after the month.
