Double room, in large Highbury flat with a garden

I'm looking for a new flat mate to fill a double room with built in storage in a nice big flat in Hghbury. The flat has a small balcony, large paved garden and quite a large living room for socialising in and a parking space. directly in front.
The flat is located down a quiet road just off a main street and it's about a 12 minute walk to Highbury and Islington station with the Victoria line and Overground network and is also well connected for busses. Angel and Finsbury park are the 2 main areas either side of Highbury.
I'm looking for someone who is easy going and I can get along with, perhaps share a pint or a climb with every so often. I have a big social circle so I'm often catching up with friends, attempting to keep fit or hobbying. I'm a lighthearted cheery person, perhaps a bit extroverted, but also like my down time to chill and recharge., it's not a party flat kind of vibe.
