Two rooms available for Sept 2024

Hiya! My friend and I have just secured a beautiful four bedroom home with the lease to start September 11th.

We are looking for 2-3 other tenants to join us - referencing will be completed mid July as per the landlords request. Couples welcome (but price would be different).

The home is huge! Massive garden and a sunny rooftop terrace as well. A large kitchen and separate living/lounge room.

The bedrooms are on the top two floors. They are all very spacious and would fit a desk for those who WFH. Two master rooms with ensuites, and two standard doubles.

There is a study that can be negotiated for personal use (prices will of course vary) so if you have a need for an extra room/study/space please let us know - unfortunately due to the property license this cannot be used as a fifth bedroom.

There’s a separate utilities room on the ground floor with a washer/dryer. Plenty of storage space (you could keep a bike here if needed).

About us:
Amy is an Aussie physio who works at a hospital at Harley St (so won’t be working from home at all).
Matt is a lawyer from New Zealand who works from home 1-2 days a week.

We have lived together previously and are looking to create a home that is fun, friendly, clean and sociable. This won’t be a party home (although up for the occasional celebration) but we enjoy group dinner nights, heading out for a pint together, coffee walks and movie nights. We want to enjoy the people we live with! 🫶🏼

Pricing of rooms:
Couples - £1600 including top floor master + ensuite + private use of additional study/spare room.
Non couple master + ensuite - £1380
Double room - will vary depending on who fills the master £1075-1150ish.
