Cosy double room in Canonbury

Hey,

We are Kate and Nikola. Two of our lovely housemates are moving out (one has bought a new place, and the other is off on a new adventure) and so we are looking for their replacements.

About us.. Kate (33) works in healthcare, and Nikola (30) works in costume design. We're both easy-going and enjoy spending time together watching TV, cooking, baking, having games night, and the occasional jaunt to the pub, but we also enjoy our own space.

We are looking for someone between 28 and 34, easy-going and looking for a place to call home. If you think you’ll be a good fit, send us a message and tell us a bit about yourself as well as which room you are interested in.

Room 1 - £560 per month - furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. Available from the 15th of July,

Room 2 - £625 per month - furnished with a double bed, desk and wardrobe. Date available TBC, should be around 25th of July.

We are holding viewings on Sunday 30th June.
