It's a 3 min walk from Arsenal tube station, a 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park tube or a 20 min walk to Highbury and Islington.

The room is furnished with a double bed and mattress, drawers, wardrobe, and you have full use of the living room and kitchen area plus a large hallway cupboard/utility room. You have your own bathroom just opposite your bedroom and you have access to the balcony from your bedroom.

The rent includes bills (council tax, Sky, Netflix, Broadband, Water, Gas + Electricity) plus a cleaner that comes weekly.
