Double room available in an amazingly homely flat situated on a lovely tree lined street in Highbury / Stoke Newington from the end of August.

Just a 5 minute walk from Canonbury Overground station with Highbury and Islington station also within walking distance. It is surrounded by lots of fantastic amenities with Clissold Park a short walk away and just a stones throw away from Newington Green.

The flat itself is on the top two floors of a lovely Victorian conversion. With a kitchen/diner and separate living space. It also has two bathrooms, both with showers.

The room is on the top floor with fantastic views out over the street, the room is nice and light and is furnished with a bed and wardrobe, with access to a larger storage cupboard just outside in the hallway. The room currently has some furniture such as a desk and bedside table which can be left behind for a small negotiable fee.

You will be living with Rachel, Dave and
Mel, all working professionals in their early 30s. They are all super kind and friendly and are really great people to live with!

We are looking for a working professional in their late 20s/early 30s, someone who is clean & tidy and likes a good kitchen chat or a glass of wine. We all get on and spend time together but equally have our own lives.

Bills are excluded and generally come in around £120 a month each, including a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.

The only reason the room is becoming available is because the current flatmate is off travelling!
