Double room available in a wonderful homely flat situated on a lovely tree lined street in Highbury / Stoke Newington from the start of June.

Just a 5 minute walk from Canonbury Overground station with Highbury and Islington station also within walking distance. It is surrounded by lots of fantastic amenities with Clissold Park a short walk away and just a stones throw away from Newington Green.

The flat itself is on the top two floors of a lovely Victorian conversion. With a kitchen/diner and separate living space. It also has two bathrooms, both with showers.

The room is on the top floor with fantastic views out over the street, the room is nice and light and is furnished with a bed and wardrobe, with access to a larger storage cupboard just outside in the hallway.

You will be living with Rachel, Sophie and
Tate, all working professionals in their late 20 and 30s. They are all super kind and friendly and are really great people to live with!

We are looking for a working professional in their late 20s or 30s, preferably female and someone who is clean & tidy and likes a good kitchen chat or a glass of wine. We all get on and spend time together but equally have our own lives.

Council tax is included in the rent price, all other bills are excluded and generally come in around £100 a month each, including a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.

The current housemate is leaving to move in with their partner after living here for quite some time.
