The flat: The flat has a light living room, wooden floors and fire place. We have a bath with overhead shower and a separate kitchen overlooking our communal garden - bonus in London! Private responsive landlord who used to live here and so it’s in great condition (lovely wooden floors etc) and kitted out with everything. Bonus points if you have a TV!
The garden: massive shared garden!
Alex (31) friendly doctor who likes laughing, boxing, wild swimming, travelling, dinners with friends, photography, Hackney sauna and all things Spanish.
You: a social, independent person who appreciates where they live and wants home to be a homely, well loved space. Someone who likes to say hello over breakfast and share a cup of coffee/ watch the odd film, laugh.. who values a calm, clean space and will get involved in keeping the flat looking lovely.. Particular bonus if you are a flower fan! Ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home. Have been lucky to have made some great friends from spare room flatmates over the years. would be nice to find that again.
Where we are:
flat is on lovely Highbury Hill. We are five minutes stroll from Arsenal station (Piccadilly line), close to the hustle and bustle of Angel, Islington and Hackney. a 19 minute walk or speedy cycle to Highbury and Islington tube (Victoria line), Drayton park (national rail). Clissold park, Highbury fields and West Reservoir are close by (green havens in London).
Price 1200 pcm plus bills (approx 150). Move in date is flexible for the right person.
