Corsica Highbury Room

Hello new flatmate,

The room will be available from end of July onward starting a new contact as a new tenant.

Room
Price 900 p/m bills roughly 150 on top. With a deposit of 1038 (5 weeks rents) The room has a double bed, a large desk that you can use to work from home, some chest of draws. Bed not included but can be bought off the flatmate.

House
The house is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Both bathrooms are shared between all 3 flatmates, but there's one in the same floor as the room, so it tends to be only for yourself. The house has a garden, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, bike storage, huge living room, good heating. Able to have on street parking too with permits from the council. Everything you might need to have a comfortable stay.

Flatmates
The house is shared with Fabs and Stan, who work in design and surveying. Both really chilled and nice, who like to have a chat and enjoy the shared spaces! Both work from home a few times during the week.

Fabs- 29 Enjoys anything arty and going travelling, tennis and netball, baking.

Stan - 30 Loves cooking, going to comedy events, cats and the odd park run.

Area
The house is 7 min walk from Highbury and Islington tube station on the Victoria Line. Highbury fields is a great park 3 min walk away, and there are loads of bakeries, gyms and pubs around. Very safe street and neighbourhood.

You
Looking for someone friendly and respectful who can help take care of the house but also loves socialise as a flat too. We would love to have a friend more than a flatmate and do regular fun things with.
