Large and Bright double room in Highbury

We are looking for someone to take over my housemates room whilst they are away from Mid-August to end of December for 4.5 months

The Room
The room is bright and spacious and offers lots of natural light with a view of the greenery
It is furnished with bed and built in storage and other hard furnishings so you can move in and feel comfortable right away
Lots of plants decorate the room and can be moved out or kept at the new tenants choice :)

The Flat
The flat is spacious with a large living rooming including dining table and wooden flooring throughout. The kitchen is well equipped and charming with colourful tiling.
The bathroom is complete with bath and shower.
Located on the third floor of an apartment complex with lift and access to the roof with beautiful views over the surrounding areas of London

As stated the tenancy is from Mid-August to end of December and can be flexible on exact dates

The flat comes with access to a locked bike storage room

The landlord is aware of the agreement to let the flat

The Housemates
Myself and our other housemate both work as doctors and describe ourselves as easy going and sociable
I enjoy keeping active including cycling and playing football and like music and other cultural events
The flat has a relaxed atmosphere and I often spend evenings cooking and watching TV.
We are looking for someone who is friendly and sociable, but of course appreciate we all need our own space as well

Location and transport
The flat is in an excellent location for transport connections
Highbury and Islington station - 7 minutes walk
Canonbury station - 8 minutes walk
Bus routes - 4, 19, 30, 393, 263, 236, N277

Bills
Water, WiFi, council tax and energy ~£100pcm

Preferences
A young professional who does not work from home is preferable
We sometimes work out of hours and night shifts and so respect for noise at these times is essential
