Description
The three of us (David, Emma and George) are looking for a fourth housemate to join us in mid-September.
We are sociable 28 year old “professionals” that enjoy all the things normal people do (pub, cinema, dinner and sometimes even a night out) and are keen to do stuff as a house. We are also fairly active (running, cycling, gym, football) because health is wealth.
We are looking to get someone onboard ASAP so please get in touch if you are keen.

The flat is split across two floors of a four storey house (see floor plan). The room available is on the first floor and roughly is 13.5” x 11”.
Transport
The nearest tube stations are Holloway Road (approx 9 minutes) and Highbury and Islington (approx 13 min walk).
The flat is also right by Drayton Park station which has National Rail Services going to Old Street and Moorgate.
