Double room in lovely apartment available

I have a large/ loved two bedroom apartment in Highbury, close to 3 tube stations - Arsenal, Highbury and Islington and Finsbury Park, super close to lots of amenities and 10 mins on the tube to central London.
Large double room available for short term lets. Room comes furnished with double bed, desk, and large double wardrobe with draws and mirror.
Shared bathroom and kitchen with one female and use of all other facilities in my apartment.
Friendly and sociable. Fab location ☀️I’m looking for a quiet professional, someone who works or studies outside of the house, Monday - Friday.
3 months max stay. Small cleaning kitty to contribute to weekly of about £3 each.
