Double room in our gorgeous flat share available, probs for a couple from start of October, ≈1500 (750 per person) plus bills. Grade 2 listed building with new interior, large communal garden, right next to Canonbury overground and short walk from Highbury and Islington and Dalston, round the corner from Newington Green. On Highbury New Park, contender for most beautiful street in London, with Clissold Park at one end and Highbury Fields at the other. Huge airy kitchen dining room plus living room, loads of storage space, shared bathroom. Bedroom is 19.04 sq foot with large fitted wardrobes and storage cupboards on landing. It's at top of 19th century building and has a skylight looking out across London. Technically unfurnished but previous occupant can sell or lend furniture if required, and the rest of flat is well furnished by us.
