Available from end of September a large, bright en-suite double room in a wonderful 2-bed flat located Drayton Park / Arsenal (opposite the Emirates stadium). Recently renovated with new bathroom, decoration, wardrobe and best of all carpet!!!

Location, location, location!
The flat is very well connected being next to Drayton Park to pick up the train to Moorgate which stops at Highbury & Islington for the Victoria Line or Old Street for Northern Line …and it’s only 11mins to Moorgate which is sooo convenient! To top it Arsenal is like a 5 minute walk for Piccadilly Line to get east / west via KX! Also walking distance to east Dalston way for London fields and the likes of Clissold Park ideal for weekend walks.

The room is a large double with great en-suite with big shower, a full height built-in wardrobe, and a large west facing window flooding the room with warm evening light and deep sill for additional storage / decoration. Other than the wardrobe it comes unfurnished without a bed so ideal if you have some of your own furniture, but could leave my double bed frame which has lots of additional storage underneath for £50.

The flat is bright and tidy, the kitchen is great with Smeg appliances and dishwasher, the kitchen is open plan with large living area and big balcony over looking the Emirates stadium. There’s secure cycle parking and parking in the basement car park too.

Water is included in the rent (yayyy) but other utilities aren’t so comes to around £60 + £90 for council tax each. Contact is 18-months so ideal just over year as means no stressing about having to move again (pheww!).
