I've been living in this lovely 2-bed flat (equal walking distance from Highbury & Islington station and Holloway Road station for the past 2 years.
It's a 2-bed, 1-bathroom flat, with a shared living room and kitchen. The flat comes fully furnished, with the exception of a desk and desk chair. The flat is in council tax band D.
The total rent for the flat is £1950pcm, with a small split between the two bedrooms to account for size. Our monthly bills come out to around £150pcm/pp (that's electricity and gas, wifi, water and council tax).
Ideally, I'd love someone who is able to stay on until at least August 2025, but I've got the lease until August 2026, so that would be great too!
I'm 24 years old, working in content marketing. I'm a big cinema goer, love having friends over for dinner, going on walks, etc. etc. I love spending time with people, but also love my alone-time.
