Double room in Highbury and Islington!

Hi everyone, my flatmate is looking to replace herself in our 3-bed flat as she is moving in with her boyfriend in November. The flat is located down Highbury New Park, around a 10-15 min walk to Highbury and Islington station (Victoria line) and less than a 5 minute walk to Canonbury (overground). There are also lots of bus stops within walking distance that can get you into central, and you can walk to St Pauls within an hour on a nice day! The area is gorgeous, with Clissold Park just a 10 min walk away and lots of pubs/restaurants on Highbury upper street.

We have lived here for the previous 2 years and are eager to stay as we love it so much! Olivia (female, 25) has just qualified as a trainee solicitor and I am a senior medical writer at a Medical Communications company, so we both work a minimum of 3 days in the office a week and would be looking for someone with a similar working schedule. The bedroom available has a double bed, a single built-in wardrobe and a large chest of drawers, with room for underbed storage. There is also a desk in the living room where you will be able to work, undisturbed, during the week should it be needed.

We both enjoy running, travelling, reading, and of course lots of eating out/pub trips! Ideally looking for a professional female between 23-28 to move in at the beginning of November – please drop me a message if you’re interested!
