Great sublet room for Christmas, NY 1-2 month stay

Hi, I want to spend Christmas and New Year away so i am putting my room to sublet - move in date flexible but ideally before New year) and I am flexible for how long you need to stay ( minimum one month from moving date, so from 25th december until 25th January for example).

The house is fully equipped in a great area of Highbury and islington, on three floor, you will be on the first floor, next to the kitchen and living room- this is not a party house and everybody is very respectful so if you are good vibes you will get along with everybody!

The kitchen is big, fully equipped, and give on a little garden if you want to eat outside :)

The floor above there are two bathroom, one with shower the other with bathtub, toilets in each.

My room is super cosy with a double bed, I will empty my drawers for you to have storage; there is also a basement and attic where you can live your material if you want extra space

Amazing location, coffee shop 2 minutes walk, main street 3 minutes walk, highbury& islington station 10mn walk or holloway road station 10mn walk in the other direction + big park with more shops and restaurant 5 minutes away!

The place/ location is great so i do intend on coming back but i need a London break so i am flexible. I am looking for someone to move in for a month minimum and if you want to stay longer we can discuss.

You will live with Anna ( italian), Alexis ( french), Tom ( english), Vale ( spanish) and aitor ( spanish) all in their late 20, 30's or early 40's';we also have 3 cats that are super clean and very loving

we share meals and drinks time to to time but all have different schedule so no pressure, we just want someone respectful and tidy as we all take great care of the house and supportive toward each others :)

The rent is 750£ + 40£ that we all put in a pot to cover cleaner coming every two weeks/ netflix subsription for the all house and other products like washing products, cleaning things etc

If you want to stay longer than a month, i will ask for a deposit of 750£ on top of the monthly rent. We will count one month from the date you move in so you don't have to move in the 1st; Get in touch to discuss in more detail your specific needs and book in a visit slot asap !
