We are looking for 2 people to join a friendly and social house-share who are open-minded and want to create a home together 💞 This would hopefully look like spending time chilling together on evenings, socialising outside the house and hosting occasional dinner parties. It also means respecting everyone’s schedules and the need for a calm and peaceful home to come back to after a long day at uni/work. We want to maintain a shared value of the house as a place of rest 💆‍♀️

The house has been newly renovated, incl. brand new kitchen, fresh carpets, walls, mattresses, furniture etc so the landlord is looking for someone who will respect the property and take care of it like their own. We are looking for someone who likes to maintain a clean and tidy environment; the price pcm will also include a cleaner for communal spaces. However no other bills are included in this price. Re parking: You are able to buy a resident parking permit on street if necessary.

You will be living with 2 other housemates in their mid20s, masters students and working - who are creative, kind, queer-friendly, enjoy travelling, visiting exhibitions, going to gigs and exploring local pubs and cafes.
