The Flat

The flat is in a quiet residential area between Highbury Fields and Clissold Park. The flat starts on the 1st floor and has a further 2 floors, with lots of space! It's a great place to live with plenty going on in the area for everyone; coffee shops, restaurants, parks, pubs, and you can walk to Angel, Stoke Newington, and more.

Housemates

Two females one 29, other 30 working in professional industry’s. Work from home occasionally, however there is more than enough room for everyone to do so at once! However, preference is that you aren’t permanently working from home.

It would be perfect for someone who would want to become more than housemates, friends! As everyone is sociable, and respectful at the same time.

There is a cleaner every 3 weeks, however everyone stays on top of it!

1st Floor

Kitchen - It's a large space with an island which has a breakfast bar. There is everything you need in there; double oven with 5 hobs, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and double fridge.

Living Room/Diner - Huge space with a large dining table, two sofas and a TV.

2nd Floor

Bedroom 1 - Taken by a housemate.

Bedroom 2 - It's a huge room, with a small en-suite! There will be a bed/mattress, large wardrobe, long mirror and two sets of drawers (both with lots of storage space). The bathroom has a mirror, wall cabinet and free-standing cabinet. There is enough room to add a desk without it feeling cramped.

3rd Floor

Bedroom 3 - Taken by a housemate.

Main Bathroom - For other housemates.

The Location -
Distances are according to Google Maps, so you may be able to get there slightly faster if you're a quick walker! There are plenty of buses that go directly into central London, or anywhere really.

Highbury & Islington Station - 21 mins
Canonbury Station - 10 mins
Arsenal Station - 18 mins
