Welcome to Highbury! I’m moving out of this lovely Islington flat, but this means my fantastic room is now up for grabs!

The Room: This large, high-ceilinged room is ideal for anyone needing extra space. It features two oversized, double-glazed windows that overlook Highbury Fields, letting in plenty of natural light. The room includes a super-king-size bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, and a spacious wardrobe, plus plenty of room for a work-from-home setup.

The Flat: Located on the first floor, you’ll be one of three people sharing this lovely flat. The bathroom is shared with just one other flatmate and includes both a bathtub and a separate shower. The open-plan living area offers a lounge, a dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, dishwasher, and washer/dryer – everything you need to feel at home.

Location Highlights: This flat is in a prime spot right next to beautiful Highbury Fields, perfect for morning jogs and picnics. Highbury & Islington Station (Victoria Line, Overground, National Rail) is an easy 8-10 minute walk away with several bus stops close by making commuting a breeze. With Sainsbury's, Tesco, and Waitrose conveniently located close to the station. Upper Street is just a short walk away, lined with an array of shops, restaurants, and cafes to explore, with Angel Station being a 20-minute walk or a quick bus ride away.

Meet Your Flatmates: You’ll be sharing with two wonderful, easy-going flatmates, Niamh and Jen. They’re both warm, social, and lots of fun to be around. Niamh loves running, keeping up to date with the latest edition of Vogue or Financial Times, hunting down the latest new cafe, or trying out a new recipe, both savoury and sweet. Jen is always up to recommend you a new tv or movie she is watching, is always so educated about the coolest plays that are playing for a limited time, and has been there to lend an ear when I've had a stressful day. We mainly keep to ourselves but they’re always up for a chat or a pub outing when schedules align.
