Note: an amount for deposit/bond will be taken (in addition to the £1000) and refunded on departure from the property, given the place is left as found ☺️

- Located a 10 minute walk to Highbury & Islington Underground and National Rail station
- For grocery needs it is just 5 minutes from Sainsbury’s Local, Tesco Express or 2 stops away to Tesco Extra (Hackney Wick) on the overground
- Great access to restaurants and Highbury Fields 🌳 (5 minute walk away).
- The house is well located just off the main street and has multiple bus lines available

The bedrooms are light-filled, super spacious and come with:
- Double bed
- Wardrobe
- Drawers
- Full length mirror
- Big window (the window faces another building so the room remains quite warm and cozy during winter)

The people:
There are 3 other lovely girls in the flat. All aged 22-24 and either working or studying.
