We’ve got a lovely room opening up in our gorgeous period home in Highbury, available from 1st September for a new female housemate (no couples - sorry!)

💸 The details:

* Rent: £956 per month
* Bills: approx. £150 per month (includes gas, electricity, council tax, water, internet, a fortnightly cleaner, and household essentials like loo roll and washing-up liquid etc)

🏡 The house:
This is a big, character-filled home spread across three floors plus a basement, so even though there are five of us, it never feels crowded. There are two large bathrooms, a separate living room and dining area, and a cute patio garden for warmer days.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat:

* A few minutes from Arsenal station
* 10-minute walk to Finsbury Park
* 10–15 minutes to Clissold Park and Highbury Fields

👯‍♀️ The household:
You’ll be living with four friendly, easy-going professional women (late 20s to mid-30s) from Australia, New Zealand, the US, and the UK. We’re a sociable bunch who enjoy a chat or occasional hangout, but we also all have busy lives and respect each other’s space and schedules.

✨ Who we’re looking for:
A female, non-smoking professional around a similar age who’s tidy, considerate, and has a good sense of humour. Someone who’s keen to be part of a relaxed, friendly home rather than just a place to crash.
