1 month sublet in Highbury and Islington

I am looking for someone to take over my room for 1 month while I’m abroad ✈️

🚶🏼‍♀️ ~ 7 minute walk to Highbury and Islington station (Victoria line + overground), ~ 8 minutes walk to Canonbury station (overground) & ~ 4 minute walk to Sainsbury’s

I’ve loved my time living in this flat and can vouch for my flatmates Alex (27) and Shaun (26). They both work as doctors and are easy going and sociable. In the evenings, we enjoy, going out for drinks, exploring London, and having cosy nights in watching films.

The Room:
The room is bright and spacious and offers lots of natural light with a view of the greenery
It is furnished with bed and built in storage and other hard furnishings so you can move feel comfortable right away

The Flat:
The flat is spacious with a large living room including dining table and wooden flooring throughout. The kitchen is well equipped and charming with colourful tiling.

The bathroom is complete with bath and shower.

Located on the third floor of an apartment complex with lift and access to the roof with beautiful views over the surrounding areas of London

The flat comes with access to a locked bike storage room

The landlord is aware of the agreement to let the flat and always helpful and responsive

Flatmates:
You would be living with my 2 housemates Alex and Shaun, both of whom are easy going and sociable. In the evenings, we enjoy, going out for drinks, exploring London, and having cosy nights in watching films.

We're an LGBT+ household and describe ourselves as inclusive and welcoming.

Alex works as a doctor and in his spare time enjoys keeping active, including cycling and playing football, listening to music, going to gigs, and the occasional board games night.

Shaun also works as a doctor and in his spare time enjoys going out for food and drinks, going to exhibitions, reading, travelling, and meeting new people.

The flat has a relaxed and sociable atmosphere. We often spend evenings cooking and watching TV together.
