Double room available in gorgeous Newington Green flat! The flat is walking distance from Canonbury overground and well connected bus routes. The room is fully furnished and has loads of storage and the flat is very warm as it is located at the top of a terraced house. There is a well equipped kitchen, separate large lounge, modern bathroom and an amazing south facing terrace. The flat is currently made up of three professional clean and respectful females in our early 30s and we are keen on keeping this vibe! No couples or pets sorry and you must commit to staying until at least the end of the lease (October 2025). The room is available from the 5th of February but you can move and start paying rent from the following weekend (8th or 9th) if that suits you better.
