We are happy to propose this lovely double room for rent, in a beautiful Victorian house from the end of the ninetieth century.

The room is located on the first floor of the house, garden-side. It is orientated south and enjoys a nice amount of sunlight. It is close to 12 sqm.

The house contains six rooms on three floors, two bathrooms, a very large kitchen with a dining table, a garden/courtyard with barbecue and a nice living room with 4K TV and streaming. It is located on a very quiet street.

The house is ideally located, near Highbury Fields, and within 10 minutes walking distance from Highbury & Islington (Victoria) and Holloway Road (Piccadilly) tube stations. There are also Overground and National Rail links at Highbury and Islington and a National Rail to City center via Moorgate at Drayton Park.

We all each contribute £40 to a common pot which is used to pay for all house furnitures, like cleaning products, loo roll etc. as well as a biweekly cleaner.

The rent is £900 per month, with all bills included (electric, gas, internet, council tax).

The deposit is £900 as well.

The room is available from the landlord from 12 May, exact date tbc.
