Hello, I have a large double room in a 3 bed flat share, located in Highbury New Park, opposite Clissold Park.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, double wardrobe, chest of draws, fridge freezer /Microwave and TV. You will also have your own, hairdryer, Iron, iron board kettle/toaster.

There is a separate shared kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet.

Travel links to Central London are great with bus routes 341, 141 and 393. The bus stops are a 2 min walk from the flat.

There are 2 underground stations within walking distance.
Arsenal (Piccadilly Line) 7 min walk. Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line) is a 13-15 walk.
Canonbury overground station is also 7 min walk .

There are excellent bars and restaurants along Upper street and Stoke Newington Church Street. Clisold Park is a stones throw away - brilliant for the walker/avid runner/ sports enthusiast.

All bills are included except gas and electric which is shared equally between the flat mates. This is usually £15-40 for both and depending on time of season.

The rent also includes TV licence and free Ultra Super fast broadband.
