We’ve got a beautiful bedroom (perfect for couples) up for grabs in our lovely 3 bed Highbury Flat. The bedroom comes with a super king bed, fully furnished and gets some incredible afternoon sun. Room is available from 4 June.

You’ll be sharing with a bunch of Aussies- Brayden, a 30-year-old lawyer, Gabi, a 26 year old retail professional and Ryan, a 28 year old website designer who runs his own business.

The flat has a generous living space with a big front terrace — perfect for catching the sun. There’s a large, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a brand new fridge, one and a half bathrooms (2 toilets), with a reliable work-from-home space in the living room we share.

The location’s a dream: 10 minutes to both the Victoria and Piccadilly lines, opposite Highbury Fields, and 15 minutes to Finsbury Park and Clissold Park. You’ll be close to Emirates Stadium, one stop from King’s Cross, and there are great bus links right outside. The street has some lovely cafes, and Tesco, Waitrose, Aldi and Lidl all nearby.

We’re looking for someone to join us on a renewed lease which needs to be signed by 19 May — sorry, no students — who appreciates a balance of spending time as a house, while also respecting personal space and keeping common areas tidy.

Bills are additional but approx. £90 including council tax.
