My flatmate is sadly moving out, so I’m looking for someone new to share this lovely, spacious flat in Highbury. The available room is a good-sized double. The current furniture belongs to my flatmate, but it's open to negotiation if you're interested in keeping any of it.

Rent is £475 per week and bills come to around £170 a month. The room is available from 30/06/2025.

A bit about me: I’m a lawyer working full-time in the office Monday to Friday, and I’m looking for someone with a similar 9–5 office-based schedule. The flat’s atmosphere is calm and respectful, not a party flat, so it would suit someone who appreciates a quiet and tidy home.

I'm easygoing and sociable, often out catching up with friends or doing something active, but I also enjoy recharging with a quiet evening in. I’d love to live with someone who is friendly, considerate, and independent, but also open to the occasional chat or dinner.
