Looking for someone in a hurry!

I’m moving out early as I’m going travelling and looking for someone to replace me for the final three months of the tenancy :)

The flat is small but nice, well connected on the overground — it’s an 8 minute walk from Canonbury — and a 15-20 min walk to the nearest tube stop (Highbury and Islington). The area is lovely: Clissold Park is 10 mins up the road, while Newington Green is 5 mins away. Stoke Newington Church Street is 20 mins up the road too

Megan and Eleanor have tiring jobs so would need to be someone who will keep things chill in the evening.

Move in date: 7th June (some flexibility for a little sooner, but must be able to sign the contract for then)

The closest supermarket is a Tesco Extra 5 mins away. There is also an Aldi in Dalston — roughly 20 mins away — and a Sainsbury’s and another Tesco on Essex Road — also roughly 20 mins away. There is also a 24-hour off-licence even closer to the flat

Clissold Park Tavern and the Snooty Fox are the closest local pubs!

The room is small so it might not be ideal for you to WFH frequently. In terms of cleaning we currently have a rota so it’s shared equally
