Hello! We are looking for a subletter to fill a room in our Highbury Fields flat.
It would be a 6 week sublet, £1600 for the total time (11 June - 23 July ish), bills included.
You would be flatting with Abby, 28 year old kiwi working in healthcare, and Qanisha, 26 year old from Bristol who works in epidemiology. They are friendly and tidy flatmates who appreciate both a TV dinner and a good yarn as well as hermitting in thier rooms!
It’s a 3 bedroom bottom floor flat in N5. Downstairs is a living area, kitchen and bathroom, and upstairs 3 bedrooms and a second bathroom. We have an overgrown garden situation which we stare at and ponder whether it would be worth getting in to gardening to make the most of it…
We love living here, close to Arsenal and H&I stations, the Highbury Fields are just a 5 min walk away, Bank of Friendship pub is the local and there are plenty of good coffee and food spots around!
