We have a cosy room available in a large, homely flat, in the vibrant area of Highbury & Islington.

🏡The Flat:

The flat consists of 2 levels, with a large living area, bathroom and eat in kitchen on the first floor. The kitchen is brand new with all new appliances and finishes. The second floor consists of three double bedrooms and a second W/C. The stairwell has a large sky-light, which makes the flat very airy and bright. The location is second to none, being a 5-minute walk to the Highbury & Islington Station (Victoria line, Underground and National Rail).

The flat is based in a fantastic location with just about everything on the doorstep. There are loads of pubs, bars, cafes, restaurants and parks within a 5-minute walk. Highbury Fields is at the top of the street, which is awesome for the summer. Tesco, little Waitrose, Sainsbury's Local and Budgens of Islington are also conveniently located a 5-minute walk from the flat. It is also well serviced by transport links, including the following:

- 5-minute walk to Highbury & Islington Station, which is serviced by the Victoria Line, Overground and National Rail.
-10-minute walk to the Canonbury Overground Station.
-1-minute to end of road for numerous buses servicing the area.

🛏️The Room:

The room is fully furnished with a double bed and mattress. It also has a good sized double built-in wardrobe, a large window and a large book shelf. Ideally, we are looking for someone to move in on the second week of March.

👯Your Housemates:

You will be living with Johanna and Daniel, both professionals who have been living in London for a few years. Johanna is a really fun economist from New Zealand and Daniel is a software engineer from Australia.

The Ideal Housemate:

A working professional between the ages of 28 to 35 years old. Someone who is independent and has their own lives but equally would be up for sharing the occasional night out and glass of wine at the end of the day.

💰Bills:

Bills are extra and come to about £120 per month, depending on the time of year. The flat has a council tax band E.

Monthly rent is to be paid up front, around the end of each month.
