Hello! I am currently looking for female tenant to move into this spacious double bedroom that is located 5 mins away from Highbury and Islington Station. You will be signing a new 12 month contract.

The contract starts from the 15th October but this could be flexible to move in earlier if needed.

The monthly rental will be £787 (excluding council tax and bills which come to around £120 a month). It's fully furnished, excluding the headboard and one bedside table.

It also comes with a nice size kitchen/dining room. There are 4 bedrooms in the house including this one, and 3 current female tenants. They are all very lovely and easy going as well, and we always love to have a chat in the living room whenever we are free.

There are a lot of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants nearby including a Tesco Metro and Little Waitrose only 5 minutes away.

Highbury fields about 50 steps away, like your own personal garden! It also feels very safe at night.
