Room in a 1-bedroom flat

Hi all,

I will rent my bedroom in my 1-bedroom flat for 6 to 12 months.

It's a very beautiful and good size 1-bedroom flat (some bills are included).

I refurbished this flat recently so everything is new and working.

The Location:
Located at 10 mins walk from Highbury Fields, 2 mins from Arsenal tube station, 2 mins walk from Highbury Barns (where you can find butcher, fishmonger, flower shop, vegetables shops, pubs, restaurants, etc…) and 10-15 mins walk from Stoke Newington/Clissold Park.

It's in a quiet area but perfect for going out without even taking a bus or the tube as there is a lot amenities and places to hang out around.

The Flat:
It is spacious, beautifully decorated, wooden floors flat on the ground floor level of a Victorian period building. The flat is oriented W/E, so there is a lot of light!

There is a spacious living room (which I will use as my bedroom) with kitchen. The flat is spread across two floors (the kitchen/living-room) and the bedroom at the back next to the garden. Yes, there is a garden!!

The flat is fully furnished with a double bed, a big wardrobe and small cabinets, sofa, table, coffee tables, dish washer, etc... There is one bathroom in the flat.

The Person:
Looking for a trustworthy person, flexible, very quiet who will take care about my flat how I would do.
